Fees

2026 field fee sheet; fees are per team type, not per field, and permits are seasonal. Recreational leagues (P/R, WAAA, RGS, RCS, NMCYS, AYSO): no charge for practices or games; tournament pricing on request. Resident travel teams (50% or more of players live in Romeo, Washington, Bruce or the RCS district): first 10 practices free, then $10 per 2-hour practice; first 2 games free, then $18 per game or scrimmage; double header $18 for the 1st game and $12 for the 2nd; tournaments $100 per field per day (includes 1 prep per field; additional cost on Romeo Community Schools fields). Non-resident travel teams: $40 per 2-hour practice; $75 per game or scrimmage; double header $75 for the 1st game and $50 for the 2nd; tournaments $175 per field per day (includes 1 prep per field; additional cost on Romeo Community Schools fields). Leagues with exclusive rights are charged according to each league's needs, as agreed by the league managers and the RWB Director. Teams are billed monthly for field usage; tournaments need a 50% deposit at confirmation and final payment 1 week before the event.

Rental rules

Site availability: Not Available Mon - Fri (Apr-Jun). Fields are reserved only by completing the field request form and returning it by fax or email; fields are ready for practices by early April, but this is not guaranteed. Submit the field request form, the full team roster (player names, full addresses and phone numbers) and the certificate of liability insurance together; unpaid field bills must be paid first. Teams must carry liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 listing Romeo, Washington, Bruce Parks and Recreation, Romeo Community Schools and any other affiliates as certificate holder before using the fields. Priority: community recreation leagues (RGS, RCS, WAAA, NMCYS, AYSO) and RWB leagues first, then resident travel teams, then non-resident travel teams. Resident travel team requests are highly suggested by Mon, February 2; non-resident scheduling begins Wed, February 4; no field permits are assigned after Oct 26, 2026. Field reservation changes need 24 hours' notice. No refunds on practices or games if RWB cannot prep or maintain the fields that day; tournaments must be cancelled at least 1 week before to receive any refund, and cancelled tournaments forfeit the 50% deposit. Permits are non-transferable. RWB sets bases and pitching mounds only, so bring throw-down bases. Vehicles only in designated parking. No admission or parking fees without approval.
