Rent a room
We can house your event! Need a meeting space? A place to gather? Somewhere to celebrate? Rent/reserve a room through RWB Parks & Recreation. Our classrooms and meeting areas are available to individuals, businesses and groups. To check availability, call 586.752.6543 ext 1412 (Facilities Manager). A 50% deposit is required to hold the room; balance due the week prior to your reservation. Room reservations can be made 2-3 months in advance; availability is subject to Parks & Rec programming. Rental guidelines
Must be 21 or older to reserve a room. Applicant must stay for the entire reservation (this includes set-up & clean-up times). No alcohol is allowed in or on the grounds of the Romeo/Washington facilities. No smoking is allowed in the Romeo/Washington facilities. Kitchen: food brought in must be previously prepared; kitchens can only be used to heat up and refrigerate food; provide your own coffeemaker, kitchen utensils and supplies. Reservation times include 1 hour before (set-up) and 1 hour after (clean up). Refunds (minus a $5.00 admin fee) will be given for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to the reservation date; with less than 2 weeks notice or a no-show, refunds are determined on an individual basis.

Monday through Friday: exit by 9:00 pm. Friday: after 5:00 pm - exit by 9:00 pm. Saturdays: exit by 9:00 pm. Sundays: exit by 5:00 pm.
Hourly rates
Individuals & non-profit organizations: weekdays without kitchen - no fee, rooms are as is; weekdays with kitchen - 1 room $25/hr (non-resident $50), 2 rooms $30/hr (non-resident $70); weekends with kitchen - 1 room $40/hr (non-resident $65), 2 rooms $45/hr (non-resident $85), 3 rooms $50/hr (non-resident $100). Businesses & for-profit organizations: weekdays without kitchen - not available; weekdays with kitchen - 1 room $60/hr, 2 rooms $75/hr, 3 rooms $100/hr; weekends with kitchen - 1 room $80/hr, 2 rooms $95/hr, 3 rooms $120/hr.
