Fees

Per pavilion, 9:00 am until dusk: $100 resident, $200 non-resident. Fee includes a refundable deposit: $50 resident / $100 non-resident. Full payment is due when the permit is approved.

Rental rules

Pavilion rentals are available from 9:00 am until dusk. Must be 21 or older to reserve a pavilion. Maximum 2 reservations per season. Full payment is due when the permit is approved. Cancelling 7 days or less before the event forfeits the deposit. Any repair, cleaning or maintenance the department must do also forfeits the deposit, and the applicant is responsible for any damage caused by their group. Signs and decorations may be hung, but no nails, staples or tape of any kind; glitter and confetti are prohibited. No cars or other motorized vehicles around the pavilions. No alcoholic beverages or controlled substances in the park. Additional structures and entertainment (for example tents, canopies, inflatables, petting zoos, pony rides) need permission and approved insurance, and the permit holder must name the Department as an additional insured. The applicant must stay for the entire reservation and clean up; the park closes at dusk. The permit must be on hand on the day of use, and attendee minimums and maximums must be followed.
